A 72-year-old Landlord has been arrested by the Bremang Police Command Kumasi for allegedly shooting his tenant’s children over rent allowance at Bremang UGC in the Sumae Municilaity of the Region.
Angelonline.com.gh has learned that the children, aged four and seven, are currently at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital receiving medical attention.
According to Angel TV’s reporter, Ambassador Osei Kwadwo, the tenant was equally assaulted with a hammer by the Landlord in an attempt to take the gun away.
The Landlord, who has only been identified as ‘I See You’ , claimed he had advised the tenant to evacuate his residence because he was not ready to renew his tenancy agreement.
The unfortunate incident, has thrown residents and other tenants in the house into a state of shock.
