Nigerian afrobeats singer, Davido has been featured on the 2022 FIFA World Cup theme song.

The song, which is titled Hayya Hayya (better together), is set to be performed live for the first time and live-streamed globally Friday, April 1, 2022.

Davido made the announcement via his social media handle on Friday as he said he’s part of the song titled “Hayya Hayya” (Better Together).

“I’m honored to be featured on the Official @FIFAWorldCup 2022 Soundtrack ! See y’all later 2NITE ! This one is for Africa ! TULE!!!! 🤞🏾❤️ WE RISE !”, he tweeted.
