Workaholic left back of Accra Hearts of Oak, Denis Korsah, has been given a late call-up to the Black Stars camp ahead of the country’s second AFCON qualifier game against the Central Africa Republic.
The left-back who was initially not part of Coach Otto Addo’s 33-man squad has been called to join the team ahead of the clash on Sunday, June 5, 2022.
He will also travel with the team to Japan for the four-nation Kirin Cup.
This means the former Ebusua Dwarfs defender has earned his second national team call-up following his maiden invitation in March 2022 during Ghana’s play-off against Nigeria.
The Black Stars commenced their 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers with a commanding 3-0 win over Madagascar at the Cape Coast Stadium on Wednesday night.
