According to her it would be done through good investments partnership to provide affordable housing which has become a priority of the agenda for the government of the day to meet the demands of the public.

Madam Frema Opare made the pronouncement on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, in Accra – Ridge, at the Africa Trade House, during the official launch of the Chartered Institute Realtors (CIR).

She said, “as a government committed to the wellbeing of our people, and the provision of decent housing facility for all, we cannot turn the blind eye to the huge housing deficit but to act and act properly.”

Touching on the operation of the Chartered Institute Realtors in the country, the Chief of Staff said the government was grateful to welcome the newly institute real estate agency in Ghana.
