Former president, Jerry John Rawlings, has praised the outstanding personality of the late President, John Evans Atta Mills.
He tweeted that “the Atta Mills I knew and worked with as my VP was an outstanding personality”.
Mr. Rawlings had earlier announced on Twitter that he had visited the resting place of the late President Atta Mills to pay his respects.
The former president was seen, in a video he posted, laying a wreath on the tomb of the late Professor Atta Mills and bowing afterwards.
The former president also admitted in his Twitter post that he had some “differences and misgivings” over Atta Mills’ presidency.
