The postings take effect from August 10, 2020, a correspondence dated July 28 from the IGP to the various commands marked “restricted” has said.

The statement also noted that some of the senior officers that were hitherto reassigned have their letters cancelled or varied.

Majority of the posted were attached to the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ghana Police Service including the Central Regional Crime Officer, Chief Supt.
