Foklex Media Awards 2020: Pure FM’s Osei Kwadwo wins Ashanti Regional Best Reporter

Roaming reporter of Kumasi-based Pure FM 95.7 Osei Kwadwo affectionately called Ambassador has won the Ashanti Regional Best Reporter of The Year at the 2020 Foklex Media Awards.

Osei Kwadwo has previously been nominated three times as the Ashanti Regional Best Reporter by Foklex Media Awards Production.

The ceremony was held at the National Theater on Saturday, August 29.

Osei Kwadwo wrested the award from the likes of Nsiah Foster of Otec FM, Osei Tutu Prince of Agyenkwa FM, Frank Ntow of Wontumi FM, Osman Bukari of Angel fM and Nana Ama Instiful of Fox FM.

Osei Kwadwo speaking to angelonline.com.gh said, “I’m feeling excited for winning this award after been nominated four times”.

According to him, “This award will push me to work hard more than what I was doing to help me win more awards from different award organizations”.

“I will like to give thanks to the Almighty God for how far he has brought me. To the CEO of ABN Ghana Bronzy Teflon,  Founder and President of Angel Group of Companies Dr. Kwaku Oteng, Kwame Adinkrah, Ike De Unpredictable  and the entire ABN workers may God bless them so much for the support,” Osei Kwadwo expressed gratitude.

In all, the Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN) scooped 9 awards on that night.
