A Toyota Hilux Pickup with Registration number GR 5905-15 said to belong to Alhaji Collins Dauda (MP) has been attacked and destroyed by unknown thugs.
The thugs reportedly fired gun shots at the vehicle leading to occupants in the vehicle sustaining various degrees of injuries.
This bloody incident is said to have happened on Saturday October 3, 2020 when the flagbearer of the NDC, John Mahama, was wrapping up his tour of the Ahafo Region.
One cannot be sure if the intention of the thugs was to attack Alhaji Collins Dauda or the party footsoldiers he was with.
At least two persons were badly injured in the attack having been hit by bullets with others sustaining various degrees of machete wounds.
The case has repeatedly been reported to the police in the area.
