All is set for the commemoration of the one year of the passing of former President, Flight Lieutenant Jerry John Rawlings.
A requiem mass is being held in his honour at the Holy Spirit Cathedral in Adabraka today, November 12, 2021 which is the exact date the first President of the fourth republic passed on.
The former President died in Accra after a short illness at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
The Rawlings family, NDC party members, the Government and the general public are expected to show up at the venue to mark his passing.
The leadership and entire membership of the United Cadres Front of Ghana will be among the various groups that will attend the event.
According to organizers, all persons are expected to be dressed in an all-white attire for the programme.
