Former Black Stars midfielder, Sulley Ali Muntari, has reportedly joined Ghana Premier League champions Hearts of Oak on a one-year contract, Angelonline.com.gh understands.

According to deep throat information available to this network, the ex-Inter Milan, AC Milan and Portsmouth player has signed a year’s contract for the Phobians with an option of renewal.

The 37-year-old is hopeful of using the platform to relunch his career after being without a club since leaving Spanish club Albacete in July 2019 after a short spell.

The deal will, however, be made official once Sulley passes his medicals in coming days.

He will thus be eligible to grace the Ghana Premier League in the second round when the next transfer window opens on February 1, 2022.

Meanwhile, Sulley Muntari has been training with the Accra-based club since 2021, and has impressed the technical handlers of the team.

The 2010 UEFA Champions League winner with Inter Milan previously played for Liberty Professionals in Ghana before moving to Undines, Pescara, Sunderland, Al Ittihad and Deportivo La Corunya.
