Full fixtures of 2022/23 betPawa Ghana Premier League released

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has officially released the fixtures for the 2022/23 betPawa Ghana Premier League season.

The fixtures was released through a statement on the website of the Ghana FA, Thursday, August 11, 2022.

According to the statement, “The 2022/23 betPawa Ghana Premier League will kick off on the weekend of Friday, September 9 to Monday, September 12 across the country.”

Defending Champions Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC will open their season at home to Nsoatreman FC.

Also, Accra Hearts of Oak will lock horns with Dormaa Aduana Stars at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park in Dormaa.

New boys Samartex 1996, Nsoatreman FC, Kotoku Royals and Tamale City have some tough battles up their sleeves.

New comers Akim Oda-based Kotoku Royals FC will play their first ever Premier League game at home against Accra Lions FC.

At Ainyinase, Karela United FC battles another new entrant Tamale City FC while Samartex 1996 trek up the north to face Real Tamale United.

In other fixtures, Bibiani Gold Stars will welcome Dreams FC at the DUNs Park while Legon Cities hosts Medeama SC.

At the Accra Sports Stadium, Accra Great Olympics will battle off with last seasons MTN FA Cup finalist Bechem United.

Lastly, Brekum Chelsea comes up against Kumasi-based King Faisal at the Brekum Golden City Park.

Due to Television broadcast schedules, match dates for respective fixtures will be made public in due course.
