The Police administration says it has commenced investigation into the alleged death of an unnamed individual after unprofessional conduct from some personnel in the service.
In a viral video, one Perpetual Didier alleged that the action of a Police Officer has caused the death of her brother.
According to the Police administration it is looking into the matter to ascertain the facts.
“The attention of the Police Service has been drawn to a viral video in which a female who identifies herself as Perpetual Didier alleges that the action of a Police Officer has caused the death of her brother.
“The Police Professional Standards Bureau (PPSB) has commenced investigation into the allegation and has contacted Madam Perpetual Didier to assist the investigation,” Assist. Superintendent of Police, Victor K Dosso said in a statement.
It further assured the public of conducting a thorough investigation to resolve the matter.
