Member of Parliament (MP) for North Tongu Constituency in the Volta Region, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has met with the leadership of the Ghana Apostolic Movement on related matters of the National Cathedral.

According to the lawmaker, the meeting followed an invitation from the leadership of the Ghana Apostolic Movement to offer a comprehensive briefing in line with his scandalous crusade of the Cathedral.

The meeting which was fruitful among the parties and held on March 6, 2023, was led by Rev. Sam Korankye Ankrah and Bishop Lawrence Tetteh.

Mr Ablakwa has been crusading against the National Cathedral Secretariat in what he termed “discrepancies at the secretariat” and has further petitioned the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) in January over the development.

Sharing the news of the meeting on Facebook on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, the MP labelled deliberations as “extensive, transparent and frank” in the best interest of the nation and the Lord’s Kingdom.
