Bankroller and owner of Ghana Premier League side, King Faisal, Alhaji Grusah, has issued a stern warning to former Accra Hearts of Oak player Emmanuel Osei Kuffour for utterances he made on Andre Dede Ayew.

Emmanuel Osei Kuffour in a recent Interview with Accra-based Onua TV suggested handlers of the black stars consider dropping captain, Dede Ayew in future assignments of the team, because in his view the former West Ham United player is past his prime.

Reacting to the suggestion made by the latter, Alhaji Grusah who doubles as Black Stars management committee member said Emmanuel Osei Kuffour should be the least to talk about the Black Stars’ maestro.

According to him, although Kuffour is regarded as one of the great to grace Ghana’s topflight football, his feat achieved cannot be compared to the exploits of Ayew who has seen it all in the game, hence, he has no moral right to call for the omission of the player from the senior national team.

“Who is Emmanuel Osei Kuffour? He Should shut up! Has he played at Wembley before? Dede Ayew is a world cup winner, he [Kuffour] is not at Ayew’s level.

“Kuffour can’t compare his achievement at Hearts to what Dede Ayew has done. What football did he [Osei Kuffour] play? He should be very careful about Dede Ayew,” the outspoken football administrator warned in an interview on Angel TV.
