The National Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Joseph Yamin has predicted overwhelming victory for the opposition party in the 2024 general election.

Speaking on Angel Morning Show, on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, he said the NDC is optimistic of winning the forthcoming polls not based on good message but not as a result of the internal conflicts within the NPP recently.

“NDC is going to win the upcoming elections because of its values, not because of the internal conflicts within the NPP,” a confident Yamin told Okatakyie Afrifa-Mensah.

According to him, Ghanaians have lost interest in the NPP following their bad governance system coupled with mismanagement of the economy under the leadership of President Akufo-Addo-led administration.

“The NPP is already losing because citizens have lost trust for the party and its system of governance. Therefore, in the 2024 general election, Ghanaians would vote for change in NPP’s bad governance and bring the good. The good change is President John Dramani Mahama (NDC),” he stated.

According to him, none of its NPPs flagbearers, both past and present, has the same weight as John Mahama.

“If both past and present leaders of the NPP are put together, still the former president, John Dramani Mahama would win the 2024 election because we [NDC] have the capabilities,” he added.
