Making the presentation live on the programme, Chief Executive Officer of PIWAK Natural Health, Prince Mortoti, said he was touched by the heart-wrenching accounts of some individuals in Mepe, a suburb in the North Tongu District which has been hit hardest.

Mr. Mortoti who presented the cash live on set to General Manager of Angel 102.9 FM, Kwadwo Dickson pledged his business’ support whenever needed, towards alleviating the plight of the suffering people.PIWAK Volta donation

The #SaveVoltaFloodVictims campaign seeks to appeal to individuals and organisations to make cash donations to MTN mobile money account number 0557012672 (Kennedy Kwaku Enin) or send food items particularly drinking water as well as clothing, to be presented the flood victims.

Thousands of residents along the banks of the Volta River have been displaced by the floods caused by spillage of the two of the country’s hydro-electric dams at Akosombo and Kpong by the Volta River Authority (VRA).
