Member of Parliament for Akyem Oda Constituency in the Eastern Region, Alexander Akwasi Acquah, has said that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is primed to win the forthcoming 2024 general elections based on its track record.

The Lawmaker who was speaking on the Angel Morning Show on Thursday February 15, 2024, declared that the “NPP’s winning formula will be centered on evidence-based campaign and not propaganda.”

“So going into the next elections in 2024, I keep reiterating that that we the NPP, we are going to embark on evidence-based campaign with our track records,” he told Okatakyei Afrifa-Mensah, the host of the show

According to him, their winning formula will not only do the magic for the NPP but will also surpass and transcend “the propagandist and empty campaign messages of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer”, John Dramani Mahama.

Mr. Acquah added: “The average Ghanaian is now exposed to their [NDC’s] lies and propaganda, which they used against former President Agyekum Kufour when he was in office.”

He stated that the NPP is focused and committed with its goal, indicating they are earnestly working towards retaining their seat, showing their enormous achievements as strategic pathway to break the eight.

“Today, it is about the reality of what the ordinary Ghanaian sees and what they feel, and that is exactly what we are going to talk about,” says the Akyem Oda MP.
