Ghanaian female gospel musician, Estelle Safowaa has announced her return to the mainstream music industry after several years of absence.

Speaking on Y’Adwuma Nie on Angel 102.9FM, the Australian-based songwriter, composer and performer said she felt the urge to stage a comeback to the music industry and make the needed impact in the industry.

“Even when I moved to Australia, I continued to share my gift by singing in churches to keep my passion alive,” she told host Ohemaa Woyeje.

Estella Safowaa further stated the reasons for her absence from the music scene.

“I faced a personal challenge when I became a mother and had to navigate the responsibilities of raising my children without the support of my family members. This made me put my music career on hold but was determined to wait until my children were old enough…,” she said further.

The ‘He Reigns’ hitmaker nonetheless stressed that having a free mindset and letting go off things is the best way to go.

She recently released her new single, “My Praise” which she is currently promoting.
