The Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, and its 2024 Presidential Candidate, John Mahama should count themselves as past members of the umbrella family if they fail to bring back the party to power, Koku Anyidoho has said.

In what seems to be a stern warning, the former Deputy General Secretary of the NDC says the leadership style of the duo in the lead-up to the December 7 polls does not augur well.

“As of now, the actions and inactions of the campaign team are hurting the soul of the party between John Mahama’s leadership and [that of] Asiedu Nketiah as National Chairman of the NDC.

They are hurting the soul of this party and woe betides them if they lead us into defeat in this year’s election, then they should walk out of the party otherwise we shall chase them out of the party,” he said on the Angel Morning Show, Tuesday, July 17.

Although the former spokesperson to late President John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills expressed concerns about the adverse effect on the party in the future, he observed they have equally prepared for life after the two men especially, John Dramani Mahama.
