Sierra Leonean President, Julius Maada Wonie Bio, has congratulated President-Elect John Dramani Mahama, following his re-election in the just-ended 2024 elections.
In a heartfelt message from Freetown, Sierra Leone, Dr. Julius Maada Bio, extended his warm congratulations to Mr. Mahama on his impressive victory as President-Elect of Ghana.
“Heartfelt congratulations to my friend, H.E. John Dramani Mahama, on your impressive victory as President-Elect of Ghana,” he posted on his Facebook account.
Reflecting on the longstanding bilateral relationship between Sierra Leone and Ghana, President Bio expressed his optimism about the opportunities for closer collaboration under President-elect Mahama’s leadership.
“Sierra Leone and Ghana have enjoyed a robust bilateral relationship over the years, and I look forward to collaborating with your administration to strengthen our cooperation across multiple areas,” the post said further.
