The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PIWAK Natural Health, Dr Prince Nelson Mortoti, has advised Ghanaians to fight Sciatica with 3P Garlic Mixture.

Sciatica refers to pain, weakness, numbness, or tingling in the leg.

It is caused by injury to or pressure on the sciatic nerve. Sciatica is a symptom of a medical problem. It is not a medical condition by itself.

Sciatica occurs when there is pressure on or damage to the sciatic nerve. This nerve starts in the lower back and runs down the back of each leg.

This nerve controls the muscles of the back of the knee and lower leg. It also provides sensation to the back of the thigh, the outer and back part of the lower leg, and the sole of the foot.

Common causes of sciatica include:

Slipped or herniated disk, Spinal stenosis, Piriformis syndrome (a pain disorder involving the narrow muscle in the buttocks), Pelvic injury or fracture Tumors, Spondylolisthesis.

Men between 30 and 50 years of age are more likely to have sciatica.

Symptoms

Sciatica pain can vary widely. It may feel like a mild tingling, dull ache, or burning sensation. In some cases, the pain is severe enough to make a person unable to move.

The pain most often occurs on one side.

Some people have sharp pain in one part of the leg or hip and numbness in other parts.

The pain or numbness may also be felt on the back of the calf or on the sole of the foot. The affected leg may feel weak. Sometimes, your foot gets caught on the ground when walking.

Speaking on ‘Onua Maakye’ morning show hosted by Captain Smart this morning, Dr Prince Nelson Mortoti indicated, the 3P garlic mixture is capable of providing solutions to all diseases, including sciatica.

He said recent studies have measured the effects of garlic on bone health, specifically in women after menopause.

According to him, results showed that 3P garlic mixture can reduce oxidative stress that leads to osteoporosis.

He was of the view that 3P Garlic mixture helps to reduce pain especially those with knee osteoarthritis and obesity or overweight.

It is advisable that one should incorporate 3-4 raw garlic cloves into his or her daily diet to support weight loss goals and other equally health related issues.

The seasoned herbal practitioner further added that, 3P garlic mixture can provide relief by distinguishing between beneficial and harmful gut bacteria.

It exerts an antibacterial effect on harmful enterobacteria and effectively combats H. pylori infections.

“Start your day with with 3P mixture or consume 1 raw garlic clove, followed by a glass of room temperature or cold water, to alleviate intestinal issues,” Dr Prince Nelson Mortoti, Chief Executive officer of PIWAK Natural Health (producers of 3P garlic mixture) has indicated.

According to him, to harness this benefit, one needs to consume 3P garlic mixture , raw or dried garlic to obtain allicin from garlic.

He said their product also helps to fight UTI infections.

According to him while cranberry is a renowned choice for UTIs, garlic is equally effective. Garlic helps treat or prevent the growth of P. aeruginosa, a pathogen linked to recurring UTIs and kidney infections.

3P garlic Mixture which is made of raw Garlic component exhibits effectiveness against E. coli growth in the urinary tract.

To prevent and combat UTIs and kidney infections, the seasoned Dr advised that affected people should consume 3-4 garlic cloves, which is available in his product.

He said, the garlic in their product appears to have some benefits for other ailments such as bone disease, pressure, weak immune system etc

To him 3P garlic mixture detoxifies the body system which helps to fight against various diseases .

He however advised people with joint pains and other ailments to always take in 3P garlic mixture for their physical well-being.

The product(3P garlic mixture) which is full of raw garlic belongs to the allium family, which includes onions and leeks, and regular consumption of these foods may alleviate early signs of osteoarthritis.

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease, in which the tissues in the joint break down over time. It is the most common type of arthritis and is more common in older people.

He further revealed that,” In your body, harmful particles called free radicals build up as you age and may contribute to heart disease, cancer, and Alzheimer disease. Antioxidants like those found in garlic fight off free radicals, and may reduce or even help prevent some of the damage they cause over time.”

He affirmed that,it is only include 3P garlic mixture which can fight cancer, weak imm

une system, heart related diseases, among others.

He however advised Ghanaians to include 3p garlic mixture in their daily lives because the herbal product is good for people with weakened immune system.

He said, the potential effects of garlic on longevity are basically impossible to prove in humans but given the beneficial effects on important risk factors like blood pressure, it makes sense that garlic could help you live longer.
