President and Founder of the Angel Group of Companies, Dr Kwaku Oteng, has disclosed that his philanthropic nature is a divine gift, making generosity an inseparable part of his life.

Speaking exclusively on the Angel Morning Show (AMS) on Monday, 17 February 2025, Dr Oteng described his commitment to giving as a calling from God, one that he embraces wholeheartedly.

“The fact of the matter is that every individual on this earth has their unique gifts from God, and I see mine as the ability to give. I never embark on any philanthropic work and later regret it” he said.

According to him, once he recognised his generosity as a divine trait, he has upheld it with great reverence, often making decisions without consulting even his closest family members.

“Even when I decide to give to someone, I don’t consult my wife because the Bible teaches that the right hand should not know what the left hand is doing” he added.

Dr Oteng also stressed that he neither regrets nor grows weary of extending support, particularly to the less privileged, as it brings him fulfilment.
