Actress Maame Serwaa, has opened up about her educational journey, sharing how it humbled her and taught her valuable life lessons.
Maame Serwaa in an interview with Kojo Sebo on the Angel Drive shared her experience with online classes during the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to her, she found out that it required a different level of discipline and self-comportment.
Ms. Serwaa noted that she came to a realization at a point in time that education was a lifelong pursuit.
She stressed indicating she drew her inspirations by her older classmates, some of whom were balancing school with family responsibilities.
“During the COVID-19 pandemic we were having our class on Zoom and it was much comforting than a face to face class, with the face to face class you need to comport yourself and learn, and it humbled me when I saw people older who even have kids and yet still they come to school and learn, it really inspired me a lot,” she asserted.
Maame Serwaa also shared that she had initially pursued media studies before switching to marketing for personal reasons, and she persevered and eventually completed her studies last year.
