The head of the Onomoko Odai Family of Dome, Carl Reindorf, has been installed as chief of the Teiko Tsuru We (Royal House) in Accra.

This historic initiative, the first of its kind, saw him installed under the stool name Nii Teiko Okai Reindorf I.

Speaking to the media after his installation, Nii Teiko Okai Reindorf I pledged to oversee the clans that form Teiko Tsuru We and expressed confidence that his installation would bring hope and development.

The clans include Akwashon, Tekuduku, and Kokoyfu.

“Well, it’s an induction into the Royal Stool House by King Tackie Teiko Tsuru, inducting me. I have been installed as chief of the Teiko Tsuru We and this is the first of its kind.

“The purpose is to get acquainted with the house and the elders, so that is what has been done,” he told journalists.

He was installed by Ga Mantse, Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, who was present at the ceremony along with other elders of the Ga State.
