The government has fulfilled its promise to caterers under the Ghana School Feeding Programme (GSFP) by paying the arrears for the first term of the 2024–2025 academic year.
The GSFP announced this in a statement, stating that caterers have received their overdue payments for one month of the first term of the academic year in question.
The Secretariat of the GSFP took the opportunity to express its appreciation to the government for the gesture, describing it as “timely” and enabling them to continue providing schoolchildren with balanced diets.
