President John Dramani Mahama has extended his warmest congratulations to Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema following his election as President of Gabon.

Through his social media handles, President Mahama commended the people of Gabon for their peaceful transition to democratic governance and expressed confidence that the country will continue to play a key role in promoting regional stability and prosperity.

The President, on his Facebook wall, sent: “Warmest congratulations to my brother, Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, on your election as President of Gabon!”

“I commend the people of Gabon for their peaceful transition to democratic governance. This marks a significant step forward, and I am confident that Gabon will continue to play a crucial role in promoting stability and prosperity in our region.”
