Gospel musician, Empress Gifty Oppong Adorye, has dragged Evangelist Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Agraadaa, to the High Court of Justice in Tema, slapping her with a GHC200 million defamation suit.
According to the writ of summons dated May 20, 2025, Empress Gifty is seeking damages for libel and slander, as well as an order of perpetual injunction to restrain Agraadaa from publishing similar defamatory words.
The petitioner is also seeking an order for Agraadaa to remove all videos and audios containing the defamatory words from her social media handles.
The case has been assigned suit number E4003/02, and Agraadaa has been given eight days to enter an appearance after service of the writ.
