Founder of Roja City Ministry International, Prophet Samuel Henry popularly known as Prophet Roja has emphasized that what the country needs now to help its development is prayers.

In an interview on the Angel Morning Show (AMS) on Friday, October 31, 2025, he stated that aside the physical supports the country should not joke with prayers.

Prophet Roja urged all religions including Christianity, Islam and African traditional to come together and support the country with prayers to help in the development of the country.

“Whenever I advocate incorporating traditionalist prayers, I’m met with criticism and labeled as a pastor who promotes the worship of other gods,” he said.

He emphasized that customs and traditions are integral to African identity and daily life, when referring to traditionalists, he specified that he means chiefs and other respected traditional leaders in the community.

However, Prophet Roja added that the country often use the Holy bible and the Holy Quran to swear-in our leaders, questioning why the traditional method is not included.

“If these leaders where to be sworn in using the traditional way, they would be more accountable in discharging their duties,” he added.
