The National Service Authority (NSA) has issued a public notice assuring its personnel that the September 2025 service allowance is being processed and will be paid soon.
In a statement signed by Deputy Director-General in charge of Finance and Administration, Donkor Fuseini, the NSA acknowledged the delay and expressed appreciation for the patience of national service personnel.
According to a notice dated November 6, 2025, all necessary documentation has been completed and is awaiting final approval and release of funds from the Office of the Accountant-General.
The NSA reassures personnel that payment will be made as soon as the approval process is completed.
The authority values the service of its personnel to the nation and encourages them to remain calm as efforts are made to resolve the matter promptly.
