Medeama climbed back to the top of the ongoing 2025/26 Ghana Premier League (GPL) with a hard-fought victory over Eleven Wonders.
The Yellow and Mauves secured the win in a matchday 10 fixture of the Ghanaian top-flight on Sunday, November 16, 2025.
Godknows Dzakpasu opened the scoring for the former champions to give them an early lead at the University of Ghana Stadium.
However, Daniel Lomotey, who had missed an earlier penalty, responded for the hosts with an equalizer.
Nana Kofi Babil then stepped up with a composed finish to secure all three points and keep Medeama’s title charge firmly on track.
The victory propelled the Tarkwa-based side back to the summit of the league table with a gritty 2-1 away win.
Eleven Wonders, who remain winless this season, sit bottom of the 18-club league.
