Renowned media personality and lawyer, Serwaa Amihere, has revealed that she deliberately kept her law school journey out of the public space to enable her stay focused and avoid distractions.

Speaking on the Angel Drive show on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, the lawyer  explained that her decision was a conscious one.

“It was very intentional, extremely intentional. I made it a point not to speak about my law school journey,” Serwaa Amihere said.

She noted that any public reference to her legal studies during interviews or on her show made her uncomfortable, as she wanted to complete the programme without unnecessary pressure.

“If I had people come on my show and say you are in law school, I would be so angry because I didn’t want to talk about it till I was done. I didn’t want any distractions because I had so many things going on and I can easily be distracted,” she added.

Serwaa Amihere emphasized that balancing a demanding media career with law school required discipline, focus and privacy, which ultimately contributed to her successful completion of the programme.
