The committee is chaired by Brigadier General Ben Gah, Principal General Staff Officer (PGSO) of the Ministry of Defence.

Other members are drawn from the Office of the President, Ghana Home Ownership Fund, Ministry of Works and Housing, Ghana Armed Forces, State Housing Corporation, National Development Planning Commission, and Veterans Administration, Ghana.
