The newly elected executives of the New Patriotic Party in the Asuogyaman Constituency – Eastern Region, have pledged to work as a united front to recapture both the parliamentary and presidential seats in the 2028 general elections.
Speaking to the media at New Akrade, the newly elected NPP Constituency Chairman, Nana Abrokwa Akwaa Asare said the immediate focus of the new leadership would be on party reorganization, strengthening the grassroots, and engaging stakeholders across the constituency to secure victory in 2028.

He thanked all delegates for electing new executives peacefully, describing it as a strong signal of the party’s readiness to win in 2028.
The newly elected NPP Women’s Organizer for Asuogyaman Constituency, Mercy Nana Offeibea Biney, also said she is ready to work with party executives and members to strengthen the women’s wing in the constituency ahead of the 2028 polls.

An aspirant for Communication Officer who lost in the election, Isaac Evra Ashiatey, also pledged his full support to the newly elected executives, stating that the NPP is poised for victory in 2028.

The election of new executives in Asuogyaman forms part of the NPP’s broader efforts to retool and reposition the party at the constituency level ahead of the next general elections.
