Supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has converged at the headquarters of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) in Accra to demand the immediate release of the party’s communications team member, Dennis Miracles Aboagye.
They converged on Monday, July 13, following Mr Aboagye’s arrest over the weekend at the Kotoka International Airport by officers of EOCO.
The aggrieved protestors are calling for the immediate release of the former government official.
Some claim justice without bias is what they seek. They are further demanding clarity on the circumstances surrounding Mr Aboagye’s detention.
