Ghanaian musicians Shatta Wale, and Kofi Kinaata, have received nominations at the 2026 Ghana Comedy Awards (GCA), earning recognition for their impacts beyond the music industry.
The two artistes have been nominated in the Alternative Comic Act category, highlighting their influence in comedy and entertainment through their personalities, humorous content and public engagements.
The nomination list, shared by the Ghana Comedy Awards on its official social media pages, features a diverse lineup of entertainers known for making audiences laugh in different ways.
Joining Shatta Wale and Kofi Kinaata in the category are gospel musician Broda Sammy, Prophet Kumchacha, media personality Oheneni Adazoa, comedian Ebo Noah and former boxer Bukom Banku.
