Renowned Ghanaian media personality, author, and advocate, Ohemaa Woyeje has successfully held the first church edition of her ‘Life Beyond Opinions Community Engagement Series’ at the Methodist Church, Amasaman.
The engagement which happened on Sunday, July 19, 2026, brought together members of the congregation for an inspiring and thought-provoking discussion on identity, purpose, self-worth, resilience, relationships, forgiveness, mental well-being, and living according to God’s purpose rather than the opinions of society.
Drawing from both her book ‘Life Beyond Opinions’ and biblical teachings, Ohemaa Woyeje encouraged participants to embrace their God-given identity and remain steadfast in their faith despite life’s pressures.
“Take that next step because it’s a decision you truly want to make, not one influenced by anyone else. When you choose your own path, you’ll always be able to look back and say, ‘This was my personal decision.’
Reconnect with yourself and live beyond the opinions of others. Be resilient. Trials and tribulations will come, but they are only temporary, they won’t last forever. Have confidence, be courageous, and instill those same values in your children. Take time to assess yourself every day and strive to become a better version of yourself,” she said.
The event marks the beginning of a nationwide outreach initiative that will take the Life Beyond Opinions message to churches, schools, universities, workplaces, and communities across Ghana and beyond, promoting conversations that inspire confidence, authentic living, and positive personal transformation.
Speaking after the engagement, she expressed gratitude to the leadership and congregation of the Methodist Church, Amasaman, for their warm reception and active participation, reaffirming her commitment to using the Life Beyond Opinions platform to empower lives through faith, hope, and meaningful dialogue.
