The Ministry of Health announced plans to open its recruitment portal for the 36th batch of medical officers and dentists who have completed their house jobs and have been verified by the Medical and Dental Council.
According to the Ministry, the recruitment exercise is intended to fill staffing gaps in health facilities across the country.
In a notice dated October 25, 2026, the Ministry said that the portal is scheduled to open on Tuesday, October 27, at 10:00 a.m., while the deadline for submitting applications is Thursday, October 29.
It directed qualified applicants to submit their applications through its online recruitment portal at https://mohrecruitment.com. Applicants are thereby required to follow the instructions on the portal to select their preferred districts and agencies.
The Ministry has cautioned applicants against fraudulent individuals who may claim to offer assistance with the recruitment process in exchange for a fee.
It emphasised that the recruitment process remains transparent and advised all applicants not to make any payments in connection with the exercise.
The Ministry further called for the usual cooperation of applicants throughout the recruitment process.
