Hiplife musician, Mzbel, has described artificial beauty enhancements and accessories as fake, regardless of how expensive they are.
In an Instagram post on Monday, October 26, 2026, following a caution by media personality Serwaa Amihere against fake designer outfits, the musician shared her opinion on the use of artificial beauty products and body enhancements.
Mzbel listed wigs, eyelashes, nails, chin enhancements, breast implants and Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs) among the things she considers fake, regardless of their cost.
“Fakes is fake. It doesn’t matter how expensive it is. Fake wig, fake eyelashes, fake chin, fake buttocks, fake breast, fake body, fake BBL, fake nails, fake almost everything,” she stated.
The musician further argued that the type of bag a person carries should not determine how others perceive them, suggesting that the authenticity of an item should not be the basis for judging an individual.
Mzbel also admitted that she uses artificial beauty products herself, including wigs, nails and eyelashes, which she considers unnatural.
She, however, stressed that her comments were only her personal opinion and urged social media users not to attack her over the remarks.
“It’s a humble opinion. No one should come for me, I beg,” she added.
