Vice President, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, has expressed her profound appreciation to Ghanaians for their kindness during her recovery while on her sickbed in the United Kingdom.

Emphasizing her gratitude, she described her return as a joy and was thankful to be in good condition.

“A heartfelt thank you to the good people of Ghana for the amazing outpouring of good wishes, many of which I experienced personally. Your deep kindness has contributed to my healing. It is a joy to be back,” Veep stated.

Prof. Jane Naana Opoku also acknowledged President John Dramani Mahama for his swift and compassionate support.

Her family also shared in this joyful moment, as she poured out her immense gratitude to friends, staff, and well-wishers for their unwavering support, prayers, and encouragement.

“Thank you very much and God bless us all,” she said further.

The Vice President expressed her eagerness to work collaboratively with everyone for the progress of the country.
