Ghanaian actress, Adu Safowaah, has denied rumors of a romantic relationship with Dr. Kwaku Oteng, the CEO of Angel Group of Companies.
In an interview on Angel TV’s “Experience in Life” show with Nayass, Adu Safowaah clarified that she never dated Dr. Oteng and that he never made any attempts to pursue her romantically.
Adu Safowaah attributed the rumors to her close relationship with Dr. Oteng, whom she considers a father figure.
“I was his soul daughter, and his ex-wife knew how much he loves me because he treated me like his own daughter,” she explained.
She further stated: “Dr. Kwaku Oteng can testify that I’m not a bad person. People kept ranting because of the love he has for me,” she uttered.
She also shared that Dr. Oteng supported her during her Guinness World Record attempt for the longest speech marathon, demonstrating his paternal affection for her.
“When I was about to start the GRW, I called him and told him about it and he even supported me when I was doung the speech marathon because he knows how good I am,” she mentioned.
