The Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central Constituency, Joana Gyan Cudjoe, in collaboration with the District Chief Executive, Peter Amponsah, convened a stakeholder meeting with mining sector stakeholders in the district on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Agona Amenfi.
The meeting, which brought together small-scale miners, gold buyers, excavator operators, and other industry players, aimed to discuss the current state of mining and related activities in the district.
The objective was to align decisions with government goals for the sector.
