President John Dramani Mahama is on a Thank You Tour with a visit to the Upper West Region today, Thursday, May 15, 2025.
The exercise forms part of his nationwide tour, aimed at showing gratitude to the people and stakeholders of the region.
The gesture reflects the Ghanaian people’s overwhelming endorsement in the 2024 election, which led to the then-flagbearer’s assumption of the Presidency.
President Mahama has already toured several regions since his swearing-in, thanking the people as part of efforts to solidify the party’s bond through appreciation.
He is expected to extend the tour to another region after concluding the Upper West Region visit.
