Shai Osudoku DCE calls for prioritisation of gov’t ‘reset agenda’

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Shai-Osudoku District Assembly, Ignatius Godfred Dordoe, has held the maiden management meeting with Heads of Department and Unit, urging the prioritisation of the government resetting agenda.

The meeting was intended to familiarize himself with the technocrats and administrative heads who would be playing key roles in the implementation of his outlined vision in the foreseeable to distant future.

Present at the meeting were various technocrats and administrative heads and Heads of Department in varying capacities of operation.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Dordoe expressed his excitement at the opportunity to work with the various administrative heads, technocrats and unit Heads who continue to play various key roles to sustain the operations of the assembly to better the lot of the people.

He thanked all and sundry for the sense of duty and playing their individual roles to date.

He prevailed on management to prioritize the resetting agenda of government which would open a new chapter of development in the district.

To this end, he urged management to pledge their loyalty and commitment to the resetting agenda and the noble cause of taking development to another level in the area.

He, therefore, called on all to acquit themselves well in their domain of operation to enable him achieve the set out broader resetting agenda of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama.

He pleaded with his Management to cooperate fully with him in the resetting agenda adding that passive workers would be left behind.

Mr. Dordoe assured all of better conditions as long as each and every one was putting their shoulders to the wheel.

The DCE said his ‘doors were open to all well-meaning individuals seeking to support the huge task ahead with their experience, abilities and wisdom.’

He further mentioned that he was looking up to staff to work with a renewed sense of work ethics to open a new page for the district to develop a notch higher, adding that he cannot do it all alone.
