98 youth organisers in Ashanti Region declare unwavering support for Dr. Bawumia
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) youth organisers in the Ashanti Region have declared their unwavering support for the former Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia.

In a resounding show of unity and confidence, 98 youth organisers have publicly rallied their support for the presidential candidate hopeful of the NPP.

This significant endorsement underscores the growing momentum behind Dr. Bawumia’s potential presidential bid and highlights his appeal among the youth.

The youth organisers, who are key stakeholders in the NPP, believe that Dr. Bawumia’s leadership and vision are precisely what the party needs to reclaim power and propel Ghana’s development agenda forward.

They cited his track record of integrity, competence, and innovative thinking as reasons for their endorsement.

This declaration is expected to further solidify Dr. Bawumia’s position within the party and potentially influence the leadership dynamics as the country gears up for future elections.

The youth organisers’ support will serve as a catalyst for mobilising more supporters across the region and beyond.

The endorsement is a testament to Dr. Bawumia’s growing popularity and the trust he has built among the youth.

Nana Kwadwo Pipim, Tafo Constituency Youth Organiser, addressed a press conference in Kumasi, where he disclosed that no one can be compared to Dr. Bawumia.

“We’re youth organisers in the various 47 constituencies in the Ashanti Region. All that we’re saying is simple: our party, where we’ve got to, if we’re to win the election in the 2028 general election, it will depend on the youth.

“So we’ve decided to volunteer to speak to the grassroots. We’ve been to the various ghettos, market places, and even drinking spots. We’ve been there.

“And all that they’re saying is that the NPP’s current state of condition, if they’re to win, they can bring the party back in 2028 from the NDC, and it’s about only one person, Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia, that they know.”
