The nationwide recruitment exercise for Ghana’s security agencies officially begins today, Monday, November 17, 2025, as the Centralised Services E-Recruitment Portal (C-SERP) opens for applications.

According to the Interior Ministry, the portal will open at 12 noon and remain active until Friday, December 19, 2025.

In its latest update on Facebook, the Ministry announced that the portal provides prospective applicants the opportunity to apply to join the Ghana Police Service, Ghana Immigration Service, Ghana National Fire Service, and Ghana Prisons Service.

Applications can be submitted through two official platforms:
– The USSD code *71303# available on all mobile networks
– Any GCB Bank branch nationwide, where applicants can purchase a voucher to access the portal

As part of the application process, applicants are advised to specify which agency’s voucher they intend to purchase to ensure their application is correctly directed from the outset.

The update further explained that the C-SERP system is an initiative designed to harmonise and standardise the recruitment process across all security agencies.

It added that the initiative aligns with President John Dramani Mahama’s objective of ensuring fair allocation of job vacancies across all regions from a centralised point.
