President Nana Akufo-Addo has formally responded to the allegations leveled against him by Mr Martin Amidu, who recently resigned his position as the Special Prosecutor.
Mr Amidu had in a four-paged letter communicating his resignation, claimed among others that the executive was interfering in the independence of his office as well as not receiving the needed support.
However, Nana Akufo-Addo through his secretary, Nana Bediatuo Asante, in a 40-point response circulated Tuesday night November 17, 2020, denied all the allegations.
