President Akufo-Addo will begin his three-day tour of the Upper West Region today.
The President will be inspecting some ongoing projects within the region.
He is also expected to cut sod for the construction of some roads in the area.
On Monday, August 22, President Akufo-Addo will visit the Wa-Na after an interview with Radio Upper West.
From the regional capital Wa, President Akufo-Addo would inspect the Agenda 111 Project at Lambussie and then proceed to pay a courtesy call on the Nandom Naa.
As part of his itenary, there will be a sod-cutting event for the dualisation of the Nandom Town roads.
On Monday evening, the President will meet with MMDCEs and regional executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) including constituency chairmen.
He will inspect the ongoing Wa Shopping Centre and move to Daffiama-Bussie-Isa Constituency on the second day of his tour.
Day two of the tour will include a courtesy call on the Isa Na as well as inspection of the Agenda 111 project at Isa.
President Akufo-Addo would also visit Kaleo and Wechiau to commission the Kaleo Solar Power Project in the Nadowli-Kaleo Constituency and inspect Agenda 111 projects at Wechiau in the Wa West Constituency, then depart to Damongo, the capital of the Savannah Region.
