The Managing Director of Ghana Post, Bice Osei Kuffour, popularly known as Obour has donated vehicles, T-shirts and cash to the Asante Akyem South constituency of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
The donation is geared towards the 2024 electioneering campaign of the party in the constituency.
Two pick up vehicles, T-shirts and a sum of GHC 50,000 were presented to the party to support the efforts of the MP and party executives.
Obour who is a former Parliamentary Aspirant in the constituency believes the party must be supported in various forms to maintain power and continue with their good works.
“I have branded two pick up vehicles with the pictures of our candidate, Lawyer Kwaku Asante Boateng and they will be used for campaigning to ensure that victory becomes ours once again…,” he announced at a mini rally in the constituency.
The Asante Akyem South Constituency has been a safe seat for the NPP since 1996. Alex Konadu Korankye, Gifty Ohene Konadu and Kwaku Asante Boateng have been the MPs for the area since the commencement of the 4th Republic.
