Smiles, joy as Strong Woman Changemaker Africa storms streets with free meals

The Strong Woman Changemaker Africa, got the start of the New Year filled with joy and happiness for street dwellers in parts of Accra.

Management, staff of the charity organisation on January 2, 2025, stormed some streets in the national capital with food items which they distributed freely to the deprived as part of it’s maiden ‘operation feed 1,000’ project.

“… Operation Feed 1000 was not just an initiative; it was a testament to the power of community, compassion, and collective action, Founder of Strong Woman Changemaker Africa, Ms. Agnes Lamisi Adene, told Angelonline.com.gh

She added: “Together, we made a significant impact, bringing meals and joy to those in need on the streets. The event has left an indelible mark on our hearts and in the lives of the many people we reached.Strong Woman Changemaker Africa

With a vision to ensure that no one goes to bed hungry, Operation Feed 1000 rallied supporters, volunteers, and well-wishers to deliver nourishing meals to beneficiaries who included children and the aged.

From the preparation of food to the distribution process, it was a display of unwavering dedication and teamwork.

Ms Adene observeed that “The outpouring of support from individuals and organizations was truly humbling.”Strong Woman Changemaker Africa

“From financial contributions to time and effort, every gesture mattered,” the philanthropist added.

Volunteers walked through the streets, spreading not only food but also hope and kindness, making every moment of the operation worthwhile.

The gratitude expressed by the beneficiaries was overwhelming.Strong Woman Changemaker Africa

“It reminded us why initiatives like these are essential—not just for the physical nourishment they provide, but also for the emotional connection and reassurance they foster.

“We extend a heartfelt ‘thank yoi’ to everyone who played a role in making this dream a reality.

“Your contributions, no matter how big or small, helped light up lives and reminded us all of the beauty of selflessness and community love,” she acknowledged.
