Head Coach of Berekum Chelsea, Samuel Boadu, says he is targeting a double silverware win in the forthcoming 2025/26 Ghanaian football season.
Mr. Boadu stated that his side’s top priority is to scoop both the domestic league and the FA Cup titles.
“My target this season is to win both the GPL title and the FA Cup. I seriously need the FA Cup because Chelsea has won the league before, but the FA Cup is still missing. It’s something I want us to achieve this season,” he said in an interview ahead of the league start this weekend.
The former Medeama SC and Accra Hearts of Oak tactician hinted that should the ‘Blues’ campaign face a setback, they must secure a position within the top ten on the Ghana Premier League table.
“However, at the very least, we want to finish within the top six,” Coach Boadu noted.
Berekum Chelsea will begin their league campaign with a home fixture against Kumasi Asante Kotoko on Saturday, September 13, 2025.
